“The skill of learning to pause is so simple, yet powerful. It’s one thing we can all use to break out habitual thinking, monkey mind and reactions”
In a world of distractions, disruption and change we are constantly pulled out of the present moment The challenge is that everything we want to experience in life — from flow state to deep connection to impact — happens there. The present moment. Sometimes we think these things happen by chance, but the truth is we can train our minds to find the present moment more effectively, more efficiently and more often.
How do we do this?
Through an ancient practice that couldn’t be more relevant in our modern world.
Mindfulness.
In this episode of the MindShift Lab we’re joined by IBM’s Global Mindfulness Leader, Patrick Kozakiewicz.
